All of our rivet nuts have a clear plating which is RoHS compliant - this is now the preferred finish across all industries as there is no chromium content as is the case with zinc and yellow finish.
Steel, Low Profile Head, Splined Body
The splines on the body bite into the parent material on installation, creating an improved torque resistance compared with standard round bodied rivet nuts. The low profile head creates a high load bearing feature but only results in minimal stand off between the adjoining panels.
